Instructions :
1. Run the file tc_0814
2. The installation directory by default is "C:\TC"
*(It is better you leave it like that, but if you choose to change it, remember to change the directories within the program after installation!)
3. Go to the installed directory, C:\TC - by default, and then open the Folder named "BIN".
4. Find and right click "TC.exe" and select "Send to Desktop (create shortcut)" option.
5. Click on the new A on the desktop. (you may also run the program directly from C:\TC\BIN\TC.exe
